We stand behind all our products and services, which is one more way we have your back. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, let us help make things right. Harrison Academy Courses are 100% refundable if the course was never started and eligible for a full return within 5 calendar days of purchase. All participation time is recorded in our system for quality purposes. If less than the required course time is spent on course content, the "pass guarantee" is considered voided and any potential reimbursement or compensation would be forfeited.

Refunds will be issued in the same payment method as the original form of payment. (For example, we'll issue a check if you paid by check.) If you paid by debit card, please note that it may take a few days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
